What is “Cultural Sovereignty?”
It is when *my people* are in charge of all the institutions I depend on (friend/enemy).
It is when *my beliefs* are shared, celebrated, respected by the people I live/work around (ingroup/outgroup).
It is when *our culture* will be even stronger in my children’s generation (Overton Window).
Who are “YOUR people?”
The people you would want to live around, do projects and work with, be under their institutional authority and leadership, be responsible to their poor and elderly, have your children marry their children, have cultural celebrations with etc…
