“If a man has not discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live.” – Martin Luther King jr.
What will you die for? Your job? Because that is whats happening.
Every night you are one sleep closer to dying.
Are you happy to die never having attempted a shot at your destiny?
The most common obstacles to people pursuing their purpose are ‘time’, ‘money’, and ‘fear.’
The first two can be dealt with by the help of others. The third however, is your own giant to kill.
Time: are you working FOR money, or is money working FOR you?
Have you budgeted your time for this day? this week? this month? this year? this life?
Pencil in goals and start acting like you have direction.
Money: is what you are doing taking you to where you want to go?
If not, are you spending time looking for other options?
Are you meeting up with people who are using different options?
Remember to ask, seek, and knock until you find what you are looking for.
Don’t settle for second best. Keep searching, its out there.
Fear: Is your dream bigger than your fear of failure?
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us;
It’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marriane Williamson
