FM imagines & dwells on his past failures.
MM imagines & dwells on his future successes.

Come, let us go over to the outpost of our enemy. Perhaps the Lord will act on our behalf.
Fear not for I am with you. I am your shield, and your very great reward.
FM is defined by what he is fighting against.
MM is defined by what he is building towards.
Its easier to destroy than it is to build. Fighting attracts enemies and victims. Building attracts helpers.
A righteous man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children. Multi-generational building.

FM attracts abusers & other victims.

Tell the truth. I choose who gets access to my mission.
Other people’s grievances are not my responsibility. My mission is my responsibility.
I may help you if I want, but I will not be held back from my mission by entertaining other’s grievances.
Don’t host pity parties. They’ll trash your mission. You become the average of the people around you.
FM looks for a hero to do hard things for him.
MM looks for a coach to advise him through hard things.
Read biographies. Listen to call in shows. Look for a “coach”, do their advice, show them results.
FM fights his coach’s feedback with an “F-you!”
MM takes his coach’s feedback with a “Thank you.”
Pruning hurts.

What do I absolutely love doing, that I would even pay to do it? How can I serve people with that?
Do you mean feminized as a sort of synonym for effeminate (or maybe feminism-ized), or feminized as feminine? The majority of these ‘Feminized’ mindsets would be wrong for women as well, or at best a distorted/fallen version of feminine nature. This seems to set up feminine nature as innately negative/sinful/destructive against the masculine nature as innately positive/righteous/productive, or perhaps sets a fallen feminine against a redeemed masculine, which is kind of unequal weights.
